小時候，只要媽媽喊一聲：「吃麵囉！」，就是我們姊弟三人最快樂的幸福時光。 長大之後，我們各自離家出外打拼，每當想起媽媽，就會想到媽媽的拿手麵，懷念的滋味讓思念更長。 為了滿足自己的口腹之慾，姊弟三人突發奇想，希望能將媽媽的拿手麵研發成一包包攜帶方便、烹調簡單、口感Ｑ彈的乾拌麵&湯麵。 經過不斷嘗試與改良，成品終於出爐，吃過的人都讚不絕口。 為了讓更多的異鄉游子及奔波忙碌的工作者，可以更方便且即時的享用道地的媽媽拿手麵，「圓聚緣」手工麵因此而誕生，希望藉由味覺的傳遞讓愛延續。

In my childhood, it was the most joyful moment as long as my mother called me and my brother and sister for “having a bowl of noodles”. As growth, we leave home respectively for building our own career, we always recalled the noodles cooked by my mother whenever missing my mother. And unforgettable taste makes the missing be longer. In order to reduce the feeling of nostalgia, we decide to developed mom’s speciality dish into packs of chewy dry noodles & noodles in soup which are convenient to carry and be cooked easily. After persistently trying and improving, the final products have launched and everyone was admiring our products because of the wonderful taste. In order to make it possible that those who are living away from their hometown and those who rush about work are able to enjoy the taste of home. Therefore, the 「En-Joy Mi」hand-made noodles have launched. We wish we can make love continued by the distribution of the tastes of love.

子供のごろ、母が：「面を食べよう！」と呼びかけたときに、あの時は私と兄と姉の最も幸せのときでした。 成長した後に、私達はそれぞれに家を離れて他所へ行って働いて、いつも母を思い出した時に、母の自慢料理を思い付いて、懐かしい味は思いを更に長くさせました。 郷愁を減少させるため、私たちが考えて、母の自慢料理を研究開発しようと思っていまして、やっと携帯に便利だし、作り方が簡単なラーメンと台湾まぜそば誕生られておりました。 もっと多い異郷の旅人と仕事に忙しい人が母の自慢料理が召し上げられるため、「円聚緣」手作り麺生まれられて、母の味を伝えるによって、家族の愛を続けようと思っております。
